Updates

Any exterior modifications need to be approved by the Covenants Committee.  The Application and Application Instructions are included to the right.  Once received, the Property Manager will forward the completed application and documentation to the Covenants Committee for review.  The Covenants Committee will review and make their recommendation to the HOA Board of Directors within 30 days and may request additional information.  The Property Manager will return the decision and maintain documentation within the property history file.


Mailboxes

The HOA has pre-approved a vinyl covered mailbox post - Delmarva MP-621.  The mailbox post can be ordered via the link on the right.


Fences

Several styles of fences are available in Greene Mill Preserve, depending on the size and location of the lot.  All fences must be approved by the Covenants Committee by submitting the application provided above.


Most Common Violations

The Most Common Violations are:

  • Mailbox flags missing or broken

  • Mailbox post requiring paint and putty

  • Excessive weeds in yards and flower beds

  • Basketball goals left in street for extended periods of time

  • Trash and Recycle Bins not stored out of sight or left at the street

  • Grills, patio furniture, boats, etc... left in driveway

  • Fence in disrepair

  • Unapproved exterior modifications
